Lusco's Vinaigrette

Lusco’s presents our house vinaigrette, which is an Italian style dressing made of vegetable oil and vinegar with selected spices. It’s tart and easy on the palate.  We bottle it in 12 oz. glass bottles. Our product is low in salt content and has a shelf life of 9 months.  Once opened, it is best to refrigerate the product.  This is “the dressing” so often mentioned in write-ups touting Lusco’s house salads, Mediteranean Salad, and Special Salad.  We also use it on our slice tomatoes, and it is very versatile as a dressing for most any pasta salad, vegetable salad, or use it for  marinating ingredients for an anti-pasta. Lusco's Broiled Shrimp Sauce Hot

This sauce is the sauce that has made Lusco’s “Broiled Shrimp” a favorite for the last 88 years. It is spicy and the kind of sauce you want to “sop” up with bread.  It is a Worcestershire based sauce that is meant to be added to your broiled or sautéed shrimp after cooking. We bottle it in 12 oz. glass bottles.  This product has a shelf life of one-year, and does not have to be refrigerated after you open it.   We also use it on our Broiled Chicken and Crabmeat Karen at the restaurant. It also serves as a great additive for broiled dove, quail, or Cornish hen, and a great marinade for beef. Add it to sautéed crabmeat and pour it over your steak and you will think you are at Lusco’s. Lusco's Fish Sauce

This sauce is THE sauce that has made Lusco's "Broiled Pompano" famous and a favorite for the last 88 years. It is a great additive for any broiled fish, crabmeat, or seafood item. It is tart and exceeds any lemon butter sauce. It is a vinegar based sauce and is meant to be added only after broiling your seafood. Let is steep while you broil your food, then mix with equal parts of melted butter/margarine, and serve over your favorite seafood. The flavorful sauce will bring your seafood to life in your mouth! We bottle it in 12 oz. glass bottles. It has a shelf life of 9 months and does not have to be refrigerated.
